Technical maintenance and banking machines reparation include:
- First level maintenance: replacement of expendable materials. Fault diagnosis in place, control of ATM’s software settings, and minor repair without use of spare parts. Upgrade of bill acceptor firmware, repair of bill acceptor after note jam. Settings check, status control and replacement of communication equipment. Training and consultation on everyday operations.
- Second level maintenance: reparation with use of spare parts. Paid reconstruction after vandal damage. Damage analysis (vandal, deficiency). Consultation and technical support on diagnosis questions and settings issues.
