Repair and maintenance of devices

Since 2005 our company provides maintenance services for bank machines and equipment and supplies spare parts for ATM and POS machines. Throughout the years we gained great experience in maintenance of banking machines of different manufacturers. We have spare parts warehouse and workshop for reparation of ATMs and POS terminals and their parts. Our employees have training certificates for maintenance of “Nautilus Hyosung”, “NCR”, “Wincor Nixdorf” ATM machines and “Dors” POS-terminals. Our company provides maintenance and reparation services for ATMs “Nautilus Hyosung”, “NCR”, “Wincor Nixdorf”, POS-terminals “Dors”, “Dyscovery”, “Quantum”, coffee machines and self-service terminal, ticket systems and wire transfer terminals. PJSC Sberbank, PJSC SGB, AlfaBank and many other banks use our services.

       Technical maintenance and banking machines reparation include:

1. First level maintenance: replacement of expendable materials. Fault diagnosis in place, control of ATM’s software settings, and minor repair without use of spare parts. Upgrade of bill acceptor firmware, repair of bill acceptor after note jam. Settings check, status control and replacement of communication equipment. Training and consultation on everyday operations.
2. Second level maintenance: reparation with use of spare parts. Paid reconstruction after vandal damage. Damage analysis (vandal, deficiency). Consultation and technical support on diagnosis questions and settings issues.
3. Our company delivers, installs ATMs and POS-terminals (including construction works), setups and connects equipment on site. Our employees developed a method for self-service machines fastening which prevent illegal remove of these machines.
